Data Protection Policy
The information about you held by Shipston Beekeepers (SBK) has been stored on paper and computer records. This will be used by SBK solely for purposes directly relating to its activities and, as a non-profit making organisation SBK is exempt from having to notify the Information Commissioner or to appear on a public register. The information will, where appropriate, be shared with other SBK members, BBKA, WBKA, Bee Disease Insurance (BDI) and BeeCraft for purposes of facilitating communication, membership records, arranging insurance and managing subscriptions, respectively, and may be passed on to the National Bee Unit (a section of DEFRA) should it be requested for bee disease inspections. SBK will not pass on or sell information to any other body unless legally obliged to do so.
