Despite a tiny shower just as we were all meeting up in the garden of the Cherrington Arms our first physical meet in over a year was a great success.

We had almost 50 members, partners, friends and Assistant Smoker Operator Level 2 come along including, it was good to see, many new members.

The rain forced us indoors but there was just enough room for everyone. With memories of a Christmas event a couple of years ago, when we somewhat over-catered, we kept the food simple and it seemed to work. I think we can say a good time was had by all.
