On Saturday 25th June 2022 David and Margery Blower helped Chris & Caroline Paxford with the Shipston stall at the Long Compton village fete. It was very windy but the gazebo supported by weights & guy ropes stood firm. Less so the leaflets & display material. We had to abandon the use of the large display panels. We were busy most of the afternoon with lots of families interested in the observation hive. (The man on the adjacent First Responder stand said he found it fascinating learning about bees from what he overheard!).
